It was fantastic, Beth entertained the children from start to finish and was an amazing teacher and entertainer.

T&C's
Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
A non-refundable (unless cancelled by Dance and Beats) deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the party date.
Party Size:
Maximum 25 children to attend.
For parties with more than 20 children, an additional instructor may be required at an additional cost of £20.
Party Duration/Schedule:
Place arrive 30 minutes before your party start time in order to set up food and decorations.
Our dance instructor will begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Please ensure all guests arrive at least 10 minutes early.
Please ensure to be out of the room by 15 minutes after your party finish time, any later will result in a £20 late checkout fee.
Props/Equipment:
All props provided by Dance and Beats must be returned at the end of the party in the same condition as when they are handed out, any props lost of damaged will result in a fee to replace it.
Age Range:
Our dance parties are suitable for children ages 4 to 10. Please inform us of any special requirements for children outside this age range.
Venue:
Parties are held at Mere Green Community Centre unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 13 days of the event will not be refunded.
Parties can be rescheduled up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability and additional charges.
Special Requests:
Any special requests (e.g. specific dance themes, music preferences, or party activities) should be communicated at least 14 days before the event.
Dance and Beats will do their best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee all specific preferences will be met.
Conduct:
We expect all guests to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the dance instructor. Any disruptive behaviour may result in the immediate end of the party.
Photography & Video:
By booking a party with us, you consent to Dance and Beats taking photographs or videos during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.
Food & Drink:
Please provide your own food and drink (NO ALCOHOL).
Other:
Parents/guardians for guests must drop and go, please ensure to let them know to come back 10-15 minutes before the end of the party to watch the children's performance.
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
Dance and Beats reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
